Here are some answers to common questions.  Should you find that your questions are not answered here please give us a call.  We’ll make sure you have all the information you need.

I need my insurance to help pay for my equipment and supplies. How do I get started? Please bring the  following documents with you when you come to see us; current prescription, valid ID or drivers license and all insurance cards.

What am I responsible for? You will be responsible for all deductibles and co-pays.

Do I have to file insurance? Nope, cash and carry is available on all products, no prescription necessary.

Can you file an insurance claim for me? Absulutely! We are able to file your Medicare and/or Medicaid claims in North Carolina and South Carolina.  We are also complete providers of BlueCross/BlueShield and United Healthcare.

Do you Deliver? Delivery and setup of most medical equipment is available.

How do I know what equipment and model I need? We offer in-home equipment assessment to see what is best suited for you and your home. Education on in-home equipment is always included.

Can you show me how to use my new equipment? Absolutely, we want to make sure you are comfortable using your new in-home equipment and will take you through everything step by step.

What if something happens to my in-home equipment?  Not to worry, we service our own equipment, handle all set-up and repairs, and replace batteries.

Can you mail me my diabetic supplies on a regular basis? Yes, all we need is for you to get us a current prescription and complete an intalke form.  Your supplies will be mailed quarterly (every three months).
